Editor's Review:

Must came over to the United States from London, but there's nothing distinctly British about Androgynous Jesus. Featuring Dave Ireland (vocals, acoustic guitar, piano), Reuben Alexander (acoustic and electric drums) and Kai Lemke (bass and vocals), the band has an alternative rock sound, complete with soulful vocals and driving rhythm sections. Check out "Rust" and "Freechild." The former is more anthemic while the latter makes use of a graceful violin, which offsets the staccato guitar nicely. Virtually the whole album is solid, not to mention well-crafted.
