Cage

Movies For the Blind

Editor's Review:

I thought I'd grown out of horror-core rap, but I now stand corrected. Finally, five years after dropping his first single, Cage premiers his Movies For the Blind to the public, and does not disappoint. There couldn't be a more fitting title for this album as each song presents a perverted tale guaranteed to put some sadistic visuals in your head. Cage's lyrical sickness is catalyzed with beats by El-P, J-Zone, Mighty Mi and a slew of other dope producers. Front to back, this is a fluent album with no feeble attempts at a party jam or a love song; just rawness.
