Pantera, Ween and Junior Brown

SpongeBob SquarePants: Original Theme Highlights

Editor's Review:

Clocking in at just over 10 minutes, this brief collection of paeans to ripped pants, the meaning of fun and the state of Texas is like a quick jolt of meaningless happiness. Including tracks by Ween ("Loop de Loop") Pantera ("Pre-hibernation," an instrumental throwback to Vulgar Display-era Pantera) and country icon Junior Brown ("Texas Song"), this disc also includes the obligatory SpongeBob theme sung by Painty the Pirate and Kids, as well as a couple of choice ditties from the funniest show on Nickelodeon since Ren and Stimpy.
