the Beatnuts

Milk Me

Editor's Review:

Since day one, The Beatnuts have been making quality hip-hop with the “We Don’t Give a Fuck” mindset, sound and style. Not quite as gutter as M.O.P., and not quite as pop as the crunk shit, The Beatnuts have been paying dues for 10-plus years, making dope shit that has garnished them with fans from both the mainstream and underground. Milk Me stays true to The Nuts’ sound: dope beats (knockers and stoner beats) with cool lyrics (braggadocios and shit talking) that are guaranteed to get bodies moving. The Beatnuts are back with some classic shit that will satisfy their die-hard fans. A few club tracks, a J-Lo diss and some headphone knock; it’s really nothing new, just another dope Beatnuts album.
