the Good Life

Album of the Year

Editor's Review:

Album of the Year is more than just 12 great songs, it's the return of the concept album. It's a revival of a forgotten art, something most musicians dream about, some talk about, but very few actually do. Tim Kasher has written each song to embody one month of a relationship, making it quite literally an Album of the Year. This might not sound so amazing, but when you hear the way each song ties into the next and still retains an appeal by itself you will be impressed, if not amazed. This LP is the follow-up to the Lovers Need Lawyers EP, which is set to the same theme and makes the whole project even more unique. The Good Life has undoubtedly established itself as far more than a mere side project for Tim Kasher.
