I’ve never heard Curtis Jackson so angry. Curtis really goes for the gusto, and with songs titles like “My Gun Go Off,” “I’ll Still Kill” and the current single, “I Get Money,” 50 Cent is really upset and motivated…about something. The beats are banging, the production hip and his flow is all that and a bag of chips, but he has the biggest chip on his shoulder. You figure he would have enough friends and fans by now that he wouldn’t be so uptight, but this record is proof enough to squash that idea. Still, same G-Unit quality, and if his old stuff is your jam and you like to get angry with life, you’ll get your groove on with this disc.
