When Incubus Attacks, Vol 1

Editor's Review:

When Incubus Attacks is a must have for any Incubus Fan. The six-track EP is split between three acoustic tracks, two live tracks and one studio track that was originally used as a bonus cut on the Japanese edition of 1999's Make Yourself.

Acoustic versions of "Pardon Me," "Stellar," and "Make Yourself" feature stunning guitar work by Michael Einziger and beautiful vocal work by Brandon Boyd. The two live tracks showcase the ability of Incubus to reproduce their complex studio work in a live music setting. There's even a hidden track after "Pardon Me" - it's kinda wacky and it's all about smoking pot and pot smoking ethics. Great cover art and six must-have tracks make this EP worth the price of admission.
